Our Little Wild Thing

A few weeks ago we dressed Olivia up in a little snowsuit to keep her warm. We then realized she looked like Max from Where the Wild Things Are.

It then immediately led to this:

Just hanging out on a Sunday

I switched the videos (last week's too) from Blogger to YouTube so hopefully you can view this in your email, on your phone, etc. If not, click through to the blog post and you should be able to see it.

Olivia has started teething so she's unusually happy for these 30 seconds:) She was just kicking about in her Sunday dress. Enjoy!

She's on a roll!

Here are a couple of videos from this past weekend. Olivia is on the move!

Watch out for the pterodactyl screech at 0:48. Make sure your volume isn't too high.

This second video might not be entertaining to you, but we find it hilarious. It's a little window into her personality. Olivia is captivated by the TV. We don't really let her watch it, but she's found a loophole: sports. If she hangs out with Daddy while he's watching sports she can watch as much TV as she wants.

In the video she looks like an utterly bored sports fan waiting for a big play while she tosses the remote around.

That's all for now! Good night!

Hello Again!

So, no excuses; no long catch-up. Just diving in. Lots to say, too little time.

I'm going to set the bar low for myself: a few pictures, a few sentences, a few times a week. The blog was started to keep family and friends in the loop while living far away, so what better opportunities do we have than now to keep you updated!?

We bought a dreamy fixer upper house last year, moved across town, and had a sweet baby girl this spring!

Here's a quick overview of the past 4 months!

First bath at the hospital.

First week home. Often tightly curled up.

Out and about in her carseat.

Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup and make Daddy happy.

Hanging out at home. Showing off our new found skill of smiling.

Loves rolling to her belly. We can't keep her on her back anymore.
